Abbie Speaks at Esperanza High school

Sophomore Abbie Maraldi plays Volleyball at CSUF and Thursday she joined Esperanza High's FCA. Abbie was an outstanding influence on the day, as she inspired many.

Hi, I'm Kayla Koch! I currently attend Biola University where I am finishing my Masters in Teaching and I work as a part-time teacher for Calvary Christian School in Santa Ana. I am blessed to have the opportunity to volunteer for FCA. Since my graduation from UC Davis in 2009, I have felt God leading me to minister to the student-athletes at Cal State Fullerton by using my experience as a collegiate gymnast to relate to, encourage, and ultimately point them to the Lord. My prayer is that these athletes will find their sole purpose and identity in the Lord and that this would be evident by the way they live their life and compete in their sport.
